Capital Connect is a loan broking service that provides a platform for consumers to connect with reliable lenders who may offer them suitable loans. Capital Connect is not a lender, and does not make lending decisions or determine loan terms. Additionally, Capital Connect is not acting as an agent, representative or correspondent of any service provider or lender. We do not endorse any particular service provider, lender, nor loan product.
Submitting a loan application through Capital Connect is free for consumers. We do not provide lending services directly to consumers. Instead, based on the application consumers submit, we conduct a search within our vast network of reliable lenders to identify the lender and loan that best matches the consumers' needs.
All fees and rate information will be provided by the lender to consumers upon approval. After the search and application approval process, consumers will be redirected to an e-signature page provided by the lender to which they were matched. This document will contain all fees and rate information pertaining to the loan being offered by a lender from the Capital Connect network. Consumers are required to thoroughly review the fee and rate information provided by their lender before agreeing to the loan terms. Consumers are under no obligation to accept the loan terms provided by the lender.
If the consumer decides to proceed with the loan process after reviewing the lender's terms and conditions, they may append an e-signature to the page. At that point, the consumer enters into a legally binding contract with the lender, assuming all costs and risks associated with the loan. The consumer is solely obligated to the lender and is never obligated to Capital Connect at any point. The loan fees and interest rates are determined solely by the lender to which the consumer is matched, with specific amounts determined based upon the application information submitted. Capital Connect has no bearing on the determination of these fee amounts and interest rates.
Consumers should note that cash advances are intended for short-term financial relief and are not a long-term financial solution. If consumers are facing debt and credit difficulties, they should seek out debt and credit advisory help. Consumers are encouraged to learn more about the risks involved with cash advances, local laws and regulations governing cash advances, possible loan alternatives, and recent developments in their state.
The states in which our website provides services may change from time to time and without notice. Capital Connect does not guarantee that completing an application form will result in being matched with a service provider or lender, being offered a loan product with satisfactory rates or terms, nor receiving a loan from a service provider or lender. We do not charge consumers any fees to use our service.
While service providers or lenders may not require credit scores with the three major credit reporting bureaus (Experian, Equifax, or Trans Union), they may obtain credit checks or consumer reports through alternative providers, such as Teletrack or DP Bureau, in certain circumstances. These reports typically do not affect consumers' credit scores.
